This one-day online workshop on “Introduction to protein-protein
docking and analysis” provide hands-on training on:
1. Downloading the protein sequence from protein databases
2. Predicting the 3D structure of the retrieved protein based on
homology modelling,
3. Processing the files before docking
4. Performing protein-protein docking
5. Analyzing the interaction between the protein molecules
with obtained results.
