About Event

We cordially invite you all to the KALPA 2020 conducted by HRM Department, ITM Business School, Chennai.

KALPA is a management event conducted by the Department of Human Resources Management of ITM Business School, Chennai for the past 3 years. The students of the HRM Department take immense pleasure in presenting our event next edition KALPA 2020 in a grandeur way on the 23rd of December 2020 in the virtual mode.

KALPA' 20 consists of exuberant events, namely TITANS and HUBG.

Titans: Survival through a string of most challenging rounds will portray the spirit you behold. Get set for combatting with the best brains and quench your thirst for the pursuit to become the best manager.

Titans, an individual event comprises 3 rounds.
1. Battle of Brains - The HR quiz
2. Tug of words- Debate Competition
3. Confront the panel - Stress Interview.

HUBG: An exhilarating event that accredits the participants to work as a squad and get the opportunity to be the best HR panel.

HUBG, known as the HR Unknown Battle Ground, is a team event where a maximum of 3 participants is allowed to participate as a team.
It consists of the following rounds.
1. Bid with Budget - Resume Bidding
2. Project your best - Presentation
