Welding plays a significant role in all the manufacturing sectors. In this modern era of all manufacturing sector, increasing demands in relation to quality welding, high productivity and advancement in materials facing an enormous amount of challenges in welding. This exponential increase in demands has paved the way for the advancement in welding technology. This workshop is indeed to focus to provide knowledge on advance welding technologies like Introduction to Welding Automation, Robotic Resistance spot Welding, Additive Manufacturing by Laser Welding, Robotic welding in MIG/TIG. Welding automation play a vital role in many manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, Energy, shipping and Defense etc. Furthermore this workshop is targeted on Young Engineering Graduates, Faculties from various institutions, Researchers and Industrialist to upgrade their knowledge on state -of-the- art in welding technology through experts lecture, and to explore the job opportunities in welding industries for the students.
