Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai, Maharashtra), also known as JBIMS commenced its establishment in the academic year of 1965. The institute is one of the top MBA colleges in India. Since its inception, the institute has been affiliated to the University of Mumbai. “avisHkaR” is a strategically designed game that relates closely with various aspects of Human Resources and General Management. The game invites participants from various management spheres to assess their expertise as well as to enhance their knowledge base pertaining to Human Resources, strategy planning, obstacle handling, decision making, team work and interpersonal abilities. The ideation of the game is done by introducing several rounds.
