Workshops

Simulation is an essential ingredient in the analysis and design process of power electronics and electric drives. It helps the
design engineer to have a better understanding of the circuit operation and possible problems can be discovered in early phase of design process, resulting with adequate financial benefits. This workshop presents the design of filter and THD for power electronic converters using MATLAB which includes AC/DC
converters. The prime aim of the workshop is to facilitate the participants in an elegant manner about the software tools and
provide hands on sessions related to the simulation circuits for various topologies of power converters and its filter design.
