About Event

Udaan is a special initiative taken by IIM Indore students which consists of a 3 km, 11 km run and 21 km run held every year on 2nd of October (Gandhi Jayanti), which made a successful debut in 2008 with more than 3,000 participants running for Peace & Harmony. Over the years, the event has garnered more and more support from people all over Central India with participation reaching a whopping 4000 last year. This year, we expect participation to exceed 5000 The event has successfully built its legacy over the years and we have succeeded in spreading awareness regarding a range of relevant social issues among the people of Indore & Central India. With environmental issues on the rise, Udaan’s theme for this year’s marathon is Run to Save the Environment
