About Event

Cancer informatics is a developing field focused on developing tools to analyze different datasets to identify novel molecular signatures. Several online open resources are available for the scientific community to generate novel hypothesis.

Events

This workshop will serve as a starting point to get familiar with the various open resources available online in cancer informatics for applications such as identifying cancer mutations, gene expression analysis, pan cancer analysis and pathway analysis. The participants will be guided through hands on exercise using the cBioPortal platform and KMPlotter.
