About Event

The speed of a one year MBA is exhilarating enough for its diverse participants, yet an important part of that journey is XLerate’18 - A 3-day annual fest organized by PGDM General Management, it brings a plethora of activities for major B school pedigree testing their athletic, cognitive and emotional mettle. A gathering to celebrate and share the culture and diversity of business education and an equally important reminder of the importance of work-life balance

About-Organized by the PGDM (GM) students of XLRI, XLerate was started in 2014 with the aim to serve as a connecting platform for all the one-year MBA students who come with extensive industry experience and to prompt camaraderie among them. In the three-day meet, students from premiere management institutes across India compete in various sporting, leadership and cultural events.

How to reach XLRI Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur

Reaching XLRI
The Railway Station at Jamshedpur is known as Tatanagar and is well connected by Trains from Alleppy, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata (Howrah), Mumbai, Patna and Pune.



The nearest airports to Jamshedpur are Kolkata and Ranchi. The Journey will take approximately 3.5 hours to 4 hours to reach Jamshedpur from Kolkata by train and 2.5 hours to 3 hours from Ranchi by road.

AUTO
XLRI Campus is about 7 kms from the Tatanagar Railway Station and can safely be reached by auto-rickshaws or taxis round-the-clock at a reasonable charge of Rs. 120/- and Rs. 200/- respectively (approximate rates). XLRI is located near the Jubliee Park in the Circuit House Area (East).
