PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDE LINES
 Paper, as per IEEE format not exceeding 6 to 8 pages of original work.
 Full paper/abstract should be sent to the email id cscarcas@gmail.com.
 Send the full paper on or before
18th January 2018.
 At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the seminar and present the paper.
 Plagiarism in any form will result in rejection of the paper.

All registered papers-abstract will be published in proceedings with a revision and review.
