The art and science of making sense of data is highly sought after skill in today’s massively connected data driven world. With the objective of moving machine learning closer to its goals, over the past few years, deep learning firmly worked its way into business language when the conversation has been aggressively pushing forward towards big data and analytics. In turn it’s probably most helpful to think of deep learning as the cutting edge of cutting edge. As the size of data grows larger, deep learning plays a vital role in providing solution to challenges in accessing the big data, focuses more narrowly on a subset of machine learning tools and techniques, and applies them in solving just about any problem which requires “thought”-human/artificial in various areas of applications.
