About Event

EGHD’17 is a multidisciplinary conference that brings together experts in all areas of Life sciences and also further field to share recent ground breaking discoveries, methods and to facilitate new research partnerships. The conference is a sequel of EGHD’11 (International Conference on Environment, Genes, Health and Diseases – 2011 organized by Dr.K.Sasikala, Former Head, Department of Zoology, BU) which took place under the Department of Zoology. It mainly focused on the latest advancements in our understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of human hereditary diseases. The theme of the current International Conference is vast which focuses not only on genetic diseases but also the health, environmental influences, toxicological substances, disease pattern and drug based therapy. This will unite the attendees from all over the world to share their research, to discuss their practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
