About Event

We the Department of Biotechnology, Karpagam University, Coimbatore is organizing a Two days National Conference on “New Paradigms in the Development of Biotechnology in Healthcare- NPDBH’17” & Workshop on “Emerging Nanomaterials for Healthcare applications” during 15th & 16th February 2017. The main goal of this conference is to provide not only a challenging forum all the participants but also to serve as a wonderful platform for them to interact with reputed researchers from all over the country and benefit from the sessions. NPDBH’ 17 focuses on various latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques which are steered towards metabolic disorders. The conference offers 2 days scientific programme with renowned invited speakers and high quality oral presentations on latest issues in the field of recent advances and diagnostic techniques and treatment of metabolic disorders. In addition a comprehensive poster/Oral presentation session will allow the delegates to present their research findings.

Workshops

NPDBH`17 also offers a workshop on ‘Emerging Nanomaterials for Healthcare Applications” to create an exposure about nano-concepts and its applications in the field of medicine. This workshop will provide the introductory information to the world of nano and an insight into the research areas in the field nanotechnology applications across the world.
