About Event

MURIOUS, the three days panorama, has established a name for itself, as the place to be in, just by the virtue of the quality of events organized by CREATECH , the Technical club at JUIT and the poise with which they are held. The Technical festival will be an extravaganza of magnitude composed of technical events and shows along with demonstrations of great brains with the fun events like robotics, lan gaming etc. It also nurtures the cultural life of the campus by organising “Synchroton” – the cultural night during fest.

How to reach Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan

JUIT Waknaghat is midway between Shimla & Solan. Shimla is 24 Kms from the campus. Kalka is the nearest broadgauge railway station. Waknaghat is very well connected with buses from Delhi, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Chandigarh/Kalka.
Waknaghat is 24 kms. from Solan on the way to Shimla on NH-22. For coming to JUIT, one has to take a left turn at Waknaghat and drive for 3 kms. From JUIT, Shimla is 24 kms. The location is at a height of 1550 m above MSL.
