About Event

We are proud to announce that our institute is coming up with the 3rd edition of Mind Over Matter -2K17, after unprecedented success of its previous two editions. Continuing with IIITM’s tradition of being a pioneer in the field of Innovation, this year MOM will take things up by a notch.
MOM-2K17 will be held on 19th and 20th January 2017. The theme of the 3rd edition of MOM will be “Technology for Clean India” and is dedicated to our Prime Minister Sh.Narendra Modi’s initiative of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan. MOM-2K17 will be a plethora of events each showcasing the essence of our theme.

Events

Our flagship event will be The Technical Model Exhibition which has attracted widespread enthusiasm and huge participation in the previous years. Other events will be Brainwave (Innovative Idea Presentation), School Olympiads (The Quiz) and Apps Corner. Other than this we are organizing “Flash” where exciting new technologies like Virtual Reality, SmartBots etc will be put up on display.
Expressions- a Cultural Eve where visitors and participants will get a joyful and thrilling experience seeing the professionals giving breathtaking performances. Expressions, this year will see many emerging talents from not only Gwalior but also from other regions of the nation.

How to reach ABV IIITM, Gwalior

ABV-IIITM is located on Morena Link Road at a distance of about 3.5km and 8.5km from Gwalior railway station and Rajmata Vijay Raje Scindia city airport respectively. Its location at the foothills of Gwalior fort is idyllic for an institute of this stature. Though it is not far from city centre it has a tranquil ambiance as desired of an academic institute. With nearly four-fifths of the institute covered with greenery, the environment is pristine and tranquil. Together with academics it offers an ideal surrounding for extra-curricular activities.

The institute is easily accessible by road, and there are cabs and auto-rickshaws to commute from railway station or airport. Shopping centres and market places are located nearby and about ten minutes driving distance away.
