About Event

The design of an antenna is one of the major areas of research in the field of RF due to the essentiality of antennas for all equipment that uses radio. With increasing demands for high
data rate and seamless coverage, UWB, multiband, reconfigurable/wearable and high frequency antennas are required to develop both commercial and defense applications.
The purpose of this workshop is to bring together researchers & PG students from academia and R&D institutes to explore the
recent advances in both design and applications of antenna.

Workshops

Our Department is a recognized Research Center for Ph.D and M.S (Research) Programme. We have ADS SOFTWARE and NETWORK ANALYZER to measure the fabricated antenna characteristics up to 3 GHz in the field of RF and Microwave.

The one day exclusive workshop on antenna design using ADS SOFTWARE provides hands on training to the participants.

Exposure to
 Analysis and Design of antenna such as Microstrip Patch antenna, Wearable Antennas, Reconfigurable Antennas, MIMO Antennas and fractal antennas using ADS.

 Testing and Measurements of fabricated designs will be demonstrated by using Network Analyzer.
