ZEST – COEP’s Annual National Level Inter-Engineering Sports extravaganza gives the students a base to showcase their dexterity, talent and endurance. ZEST has emerged as one of the biggest and most awaited sports events for students. Its popularity is reflected from the immense support it has got over past 13 years with ZEST’15 attracting more than 15,000 Participants with over 230 colleges participating from around 13 states across the country including Maharashtra.

In its 14th edition, ZEST comes with a theme “Agnipankh” that fosters the desire and struggle of an individual to achieve the highest goal in life. ZEST’16 will host 88 different sporting events divided in 7 different modules with both men and women participation. ZEST will continue to attract growing participation from all over the country making it nation’s one of the most successful Sports Fests.

Accommodation

Accommodation:-
Fee Structure:
 The accommodation charges per individual per day is Rs. 250/-.
 A refundable deposit of Rs. 200/- only will have to be paid before the procurement of the room by every individual.
Facility:
 Each student will be provided with:
o Internet Service
o 1 Bed-Bed sheet-Blanket Set
 Each room will be provided with
o 1 Bucket-Mug
o Lock and keys
Payment Procedure:
 Registration to avail accommodation is through online payment mode ONLY.
 Deposit amount is to be paid at the time of room allotment on
Accommodation Desk.
 Registration details for accommodation will be displayed on official website of ZEST (www.coepzest.org).
Rules:
 The students willing to avail the accommodation facilities must carry their:
1. Registration receipt (Accommodation Registration )
2. College Identity Cards (Mandatory during Check in).
 Check-In and Check-Out time will be followed strictly according to mentioned rules.
Any student from outside college is not allowed to stay with any COEP hostel friend in their rooms during ZEST. Leading to any such misconduct a strict action will be taken against both students as well as their college team and may lead to disqualification of all teams of the respective college.
 Extra room member without any procedure will be considered against the rules.
 No misbehaviour will be forgiven in hostel campus, like smoking, drinking, loud music, arguments, fighting etc. If found then the student as well as all the teams from his/her college will be disqualified from the competition.
 Hostel Gates open at 5:00 am and closes at 11:30 pm (9:00pm for girls). Coming in or going out of the hostel campus during 11:30 pm to 5:00 am will not be allowed.
 In case, if room stuffs like locker, books etc. is found to be dismissed then deposit will not refundable.
 Accommodation facilities for girls are also available with same rules stated above.
