The Higher Education Scenario, in the Education sector is not producing the expected results in term of the graduates not getting apt employment for their field of study. Statistics by national bodies like NASSCOM, NAAC are a proof to this. To pull out of this crisis, it is very essential to have a quality process in place with every institution offering Higher Education to produce the desired outcomes. The need of the hour is to implement such system/mechanism/process and drive it effectively. To substantiate this, a Quality Conclave with the theme “Challenges for Quality in Higher Education and innovative Methods to meet them” has been arranged through ISTE Chapter of Adithya Institute of Technology on 7th March 2015 to deliberate on these issues and to share their own experiences of success by a team of experts.
