CHEERS 2015 Event Updates

1. 1st Registration (Will be given to the Rotaractor who registered first for the event) 2. Maximum Registration (Campus) (Will be given to the campus based Rotaract Club who brings maximum participation for the event) 3. Maximum Registration (Community) (Will be given to the Community based Rotaract Club who brings maximum participation for the event) 4. Maximum Registration (Zone) (Will be given to the ZRR who brings maximum participation for the event from their respective Zone) 5. Best Disciplined Club (Will be given based on maintaining decorum and discipline during the event.) 6. Best Supportive Club (Will be given to the club which supports the host before & during the event) 7. Best Supportive Cabinet Member (Will be given to the cabinet member who supports the host before & during the event) 8. Event Chairman Special Recognitions (Will be given to the cabinet member who supports the host before & during the event) 9. Outstanding Club Theme & Logo (Will be given to the club has creative and innovative design and they are following their theme) 10. Outstanding Club Presentation (The presentation must be in Video or PowerPoint, President or any representative shall present it. The presentation must me not more than 4 minutes. The award will be given to the club with best presentation.) 11. Outstanding Club Letterhead (Will be given to the club has creative and innovative design of letterhead) 12. Outstanding Club in Banner Parade (Will be given to the club performed good in banner parade with maximum members) And more!!! RULES & REGULATIONS REGISTRATION: Kindly note that the amount of the registration fee will strictly be as per the registration slabs specified earlier. All participants are advised to register in a specified manner to avoid any sort of inconvenience during the event. Only the registered participants carrying their registration fee receipts will be allowed to participate in the event. Delegates must wear ID cards all the time during the event. No cancellation or refund of registrations is entertained. FOOD: The food will be served strictly only at the time and location that will be specified in the Agenda of the event. No delays for what so ever reasons will be entertained. The food served is for the consumption at the specified respective location only and hence the ‘carry away’ of the food to inside the hall is not allowed. Food Coupons must be shown during the dinner and lunch. PERSONAL CONDUCT: Any un-parliamentary behavior by the participating delegate will only attract his/her immediate termination from the entire event. In such case, no refund of any sort will be given to the concerned delegate. Carrying of any kind of food and beverages inside the hall is strictly prohibited. Entry, after consumption of alcohol in premises is strictly prohibited. Smoking not allowed inside the premises. Security of the delegate in his/her individual capacity or the security of his/her belongings will not be the responsibility of the organizing committee. The delegate must follow all the instructions, rules, and regulations laid down by the organizing committee. Note: The Organizing Committee/host team reserves its rights to change or amend any or all clauses, point, mentioned in Rules and Regulation as and when felt it necessary in future.
