If you have a great innovative idea or product and are looking for funding, then Amrita TBI Pitchfest is the perfect platform to showcase your ideas/products. Pitchfest is a unique initiative by Amrita TBI to find the most promising startup in India. Total seed investment outlay upto USD 100,000. Structure Step 1 Participants are requested to complete a simple online form that explains the problem they are trying to solve, the uniqueness of their solution, value proposition, competitive advantage etc. Additional materials to support the case are welcome. Step 2 The top 10 contestants are then invited to Amrita University, Bengaluru Campus, to pitch their ideas in front of an elite panel of C-level executives and investors. The format of Amrita TBI Pitchfest will comprise of two parts for a total of 20 minutes: 1. A 10 minute time slot for pitching your idea. 2. A 10 minute time slot for questions by the panel. Step 3 Top three contenders will be announced and will qualify for a total seed investment of USD 100,000 by Amrita TBI. Step 4 Amrita TBI will complete the required due-diligence on the finalists and provide seed investments for qualified startups. Amrita TBI will provide infrastructure and incubation services at low cost across three cities- Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Kollam.The startups can also opt to be a virtual incubatee and can operate from anywhere in India. All non-finalists have the opportunity to avail incubation facility at any of Amrita TBI locations.
