About Event

Changemakers Award helps engineering students to provide affordable technical support to NGOs working in India through their project work. The overall objective is poverty relief in the communities where ICTI has established a presence through its contacts in the NGO community. To ensure that student projects lead to development of usable technologies, Changemakers Award combines engineering education with the needs of rural communities. 1. Register: Students register in the site and submit their project abstract 2. Prelims: 50 project teams selected will be given field trips and training in new product development 3. Implementation: Project Groups work with NGOs to implement their project for community benefit 4. Changemakers Award: Winners will be announced at the Grand Finale Event. Prizes worth Rs.300,000/-
