Battle HRoyale is one of its kind Quiz League brought to you by SAPPHIRE - The HR Club of XLRI. Teams must battle their wits out over a period of 6 months for the prize money of INR 60000. League will consist of 6 monthly quizzes followed by Final Case competition. Format: HR Quiz League will consist of 6 quizzes and 1 case competition Each quiz will be of 20 points, no negative marking Format of the quiz might change over the course of 6 quizzes Format of the quizzes is subject to change Top 3 teams of each quiz will get bonus points worth 5, 3 and 2 in that order Grand score of a team at any point is equal to the sum of all the points scored in quizzes conducted up to that time Top 5 teams, based on grand score, at the end of 6 quizzes will be qualify for the final case competition Case competition will be held at XLRI during HR Conference in January Case will be released approximately one week before the competition Tentative Schedule: First 5 quiz will be held during the last week of each month (mostly Monday or Tuesday) starting from July Last quiz will be conducted mid-December Each Quiz should be for about 30 mins. Maximum. Case Competition will be held in 2 week of January Prizes: Each Quiz (Total 6 quiz): Winner: Rs. 2,500/- First Runner Up: Rs. 1,500/- Second Runner Up: Rs. 1,000/- Case Competition Winner: Rs. 20000/- Runner Up: Rs. 10000/- Top 5 teams after the end of Quizzes will get to attend 7th National HR Conference free of any delegate fees Additional Rules: All participating students must be students of Part or Full Time Masters Management Program in any Indian B-School 2-3 students per team All the member of the team must be from same college Each person can register through maximum of one team. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification of all the teams with common members Registration Results will be declared on the Facebook page of Sapphire, XLRI (https://www.facebook.com/sapphirexlri) Final decision of the organizing team are binding on all teams
