About Event

Castalia, “The Source of Inspiration” is an Annual Inter collegiate National Level Management Meet which is going to be held on 7th March. Participants from various colleges would come out with their talents. Participating in Castalia would inspire the students to be exuberant and flamboyant in nature and also will help to sharpen their acumen. The core objective of the event is to bring to the fore front; the organizing capabilities of the students and to show case their analytical, managerial and academic skills. Not only that, it would make the students to put an effort to groom them to meet the challenges of the new era audaciously. Castalia gives the students a energetic and creative platform to exhibit the talents they possess. This time Castalia is coming out with big bang of conducting more than 35 events to create suspense in each and every round. The events like Be the Warrior which means Best Manager, will help the students to enable the skills of being a Leader. Fuerza this means Best Management Team, and in this event, the participant can know the strength of a team and team work. Next comes Ce Negocious this means Business plan, the participants can know the way of planning a business, how to set up and run . Brand your Product this means Product launch and in this event, the participants can know their creative & innovative thinking for their product in new and different way to launch in market and to name a few… Every Year CASTALIA comes out with so many wonderful events to engage students and mainly aims to bring out their hidden talents.
