About Event

Fusion is the annual Techno-Cultural festival of Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan's College of Engineering. Fusion means a combination of different materials, which in our case, is a mixture of Technical and Cultural activities. Fusion is a platform for students to show off their Technical skills and Creative ideas. It is a tradition of this college which is being followed for more than 15 years now. Fusion: Glitters of Unity and Exuberance, a three day long extravaganza. An event that will provide not only fun and frolic, but the opportunity to interact with pupils of different institutions. Fusion is the platform to showcase talent and to explore ones potentials. The event will host a bagful of activities. Those who prefer brain over brawn will fight it out in Academic Competitions. The creative ones will satisfy their zest through Cultural Competitions. The evenings will shine through special performances, taking care of the entertainment quotient. The fun doesn't end here. There will be food, games, lucky draws and much more. This festival would be much more scary and thrilling as for the first time, we're going to have a Halloween experience. Be prepared to get thrilled on 12th of this March. We are here, the members of the Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil college family, determined to make its Mega Fest a shining triumph with effort and innovation.

 TRENDZZ WALK WITH THE LATEST TREND ON THE BEAT. TRENDZZ being the fashion show event of our college, is a huge success every year and an eye catching event. Various colleges participate in the event and compete. It brings out the true transformation from a technical dab hand to a fashion freak. MUST WATCH!!!!  STEP UP : Jump up the beat so high. It’s an event amongst dance enthusiasts from different college’s battle with each other and dazzle the show. This event guarantees to leave a long lasting impression on the audiences. YOU JUST CAN’T MISS IT!!  DRAMA KING : A drama performed by the Indian National Theatre artists of PVPPCOE. Drama king promises to give a complete dose of entertainment to the audiences where all the theatrical minds come together to give a splendid performance.  TRICK O ‘ TREAT: An amalgamation of various fun games and dance makes INFORMALS a crowd magnet. It presents the rollercoaster experience of enjoyment. Joy Guaranteed!!!!  CHALTI KA NAAM ANTAKSHARI : Well Antakshari needs no introduction… Bollywood fanatics get to show off their obsession for songs and the melodies. The MUSIC FACE-OFF!!  KARAOKE : Follow the tune & mesmerize the audience with your melodious voice. Here the students will show their true talent by singing the melodies of the era. Compete, fight and triumph the event.  CHARITY EVENT: It’s time we give back to the world!!  MY BOLI: Experience the vibrant cultures in this variety entertainment show where only enjoyment is served. DJ WAR: All stars DJ will compete to be the crowd tuner of the day.  Mr. and Ms. FUSION A personality contest to prove you are best  STREET PLAY: Street theatre is a form of theatrical performance and presentation in outdoor public.  BLUFFMASTER: Multiple choice questions will be provided to all the contestants among which one will have the best possible answers. All contestants will have to guess this bluffmaster if he / she succeed then bluff master will be out else the contestant will be out.
