ECSTASY, the cultural festival of DIAS, Delhi, is an annual event spread over an entire day of color, excitement and vitality. Since its humble inception in 2005, Ecstasy has grown by leaps and bounds into one of the biggest cultural festivals amongst the professional institutions in Delhi, with an ever-increasing annual footfall. With participants from all walks of student’s life and different parts of the capital coming together for Ecstasy, the real winner that emerges from the festival is the spirit of healthy competition and an undying thirst to reach greater heights. Thus, ECSTASY has carved a unique niche for itself among the multitude of cultural festivals. Delhi- the capital of India, a city which was destroyed seven times but rose from its ashes like a phoenix and emerged stronger each time, a place where people belonging to different castes and communities can be seen together, and most importantly, probably one of those few places on this planet where you may bump into your next door neighbor on the street and then stay awake all night, trying to figure out why that guy’s face looked so familiar. Dilli Dil Waalon Ka Sheher Hai (Delhi is a place of large hearted people) is what we have often heard about the Capital, but the reality is different the spirit of Delhi Dilwaloon Ki is fading day by day. Our Annual cultural fest based on the theme to celebrate and revives the spirit of Dilli. Come and join us in the festivity and be proud of being a Dilliwala.... ‘Dilli Dilwaloon Ki’ is the guiding theme of Ecstasy 2014. It is again this time of the year when DIAS deeply indulges in preparation of this mega festival with huge fanfare and fervor. DIAS proudly invites all to be part of this grand celebration.
