Entrepid, the premier Strategy event of Ahvan'13 throws down the gauntlet to all aspiring Strategists to summon their business acumen and help Companies tackle treacherous meanders. Encompassing disciplines like Business Entry and Turnaround Strategy, Entrepid pits you against the very best of the country through its unique mix of Quizzes, Cases and Simulation Games. May the Master Strategist prevail! Format Round 1- Elims (Online quiz)-Teams will be tested conceptually on aspects like Marketing, Strategy, Business Entry, M & A etc. Quiz will contain 20 questions and time provided will be 30 min. Round 2(Business Entry Strategy)- We'll shortlist top 20 teams and send them a Business Entry strategy case. Teams will have to submit a 5 slide PPT and 1 page Exec Summary to the same by the date mentioned by the Organizers. Top 6 teams (Finalists) will be announced based on the evaluation of submissions. Round 2 Presentation (On campus). Teams will be given 20 min to present the case followed by 10 min of Q & A Round 3: This will be a Business Simulation game, spread over 3 rounds. The game will test participants’ skills in all aspects of Strategy. The game will be spread over two days of the fest. Round 4: Turnaround Strategy-Teams will be given an overnight caselet based on an ailing business, and they would be required to make a Presentation on the same. Note: Top 6 teams will participate in all rounds on campus. There would be no eliminations for them. Attractions of Entrepid'13: 1.
