MEKCHAT 18.0 "Accelerate to Infinity" is the National Level Technical Symposium conducted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Government College of Engineering, Salem. This Annual Technical Extravaganza is proudly hosted by the Society for the Advancement of Mechanical Engineers (SME). Accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis.
• You will be provided pillows and bedspreads in hostels in dormitory arrangement.
• We will be providing you accommodation from 13th March (Tuesday) night to 16thMarch (Friday) Morning.
The Participants should register through online to avoid inconvenience.
Accommodation would be inside the GCE campus and would be on strictly sharedbasis.

• Just 7 km from the Salem Bus Stand. Any buses towards Omalur take you through to us.
