MATLAB is the mathematical software package, which is used extensively in both academic and industrial applications. It is an interactive program for numerical computation and data visualization, which along with its programming capabilities provides a very useful tool for almost all areas of engineering.

This two day workshop aims to create familiarization among the participants about the application of MATLAB in Electrical Engineering such as Electric Circuits, Power Electronics, Control Systems and etc. Laboratory sessions will also be conducted to enable the participants to get a hands-on experience on the package.

This workshop is designed to provide training of MATLAB programming to faculty members, Research scholars, students from Engineering and Polytechnic Institutions located in and around Coimbatore. Faculty members with expertise in MATLAB will cover the following topics during the workshop.
