About Event

It is rightly said that "to be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative by enhancing the beauty of life, add a little more music to it, a little more dance to it, a little more poetry to it"
Considering this agenda, RU is organising the Intercollege cultural fest on 10th and 11th November.
The Cultural fest, being one of the most eagerly awaited event of our Institute, is conducted on a magnificent scale ensuring tremendous buzz and interest within the junta.
This, this fest is a platform to explore your undiscovered qualities.
Day 1 : Nov-10
Following events are going to be conducted on day1:
-M. A. D: Mad about dancing
(solo and group dancing)
"The dance is over, the applause subsided, but the joy and feeling will stay with you forever "
It is believed that dance is the hidden language of the soul. This fest provides two opportunities to the dance lovers in the form of solo and group dancing
"On with the dance. Let the joy be unconfined "
-Seven Notes (Solo singing) :
"Music is the strongest form of magic "
Singing not only gives a peace of mind to the singers but the Midas touch is experienced even the audience. A few can touch the magic string and noisy fame is proud to win them. Alas! For those who never sing, die with the music in them.
Giggles -Stand Up Comedy
"You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it"
As laughing is believed to be the best cure, time to make everyone laugh by your gestures.
Your active participation is what the fest aims for. The winners are also honoured with cash rewards, trophies, certificates and a lot more...
Day-2: Freshers party :DJ and EDM night
It's always a dream come true to be called as Mr and Ms Freshers of one's college. This time we have come up with a twist :
Freshers party this year has got a theme with it: Retro
As the name suggests, the party will take you back to the golden era. This, we provide you an opportunity to live the golden era...
DJ and EDM Night :
"Music is the soul of life"
The party is not yet over. With our DJ's it's time to let the music do the talking. Without lyrics to act as your life buoys, it's east to get lost in a sea of meaningless adjectives. Time to taste the EDM flavour. Time to celebrate! Just like the cherry on the cake, we also have planned DJ and EDM night with renowned RJs and DJs.
All this is accompanied with lip-smacking snacks and mouth watering food.
