About Event

SMART MOVE HACKATHON is a 24-hour innovation challenge organised by the Department of ECE & VLSI at KIT – Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. Teams of 3–4 members will collaborate to develop practical technology solutions and demonstrate their creativity, technical skills and teamwork.

The event includes an initial PPT submission and screening round, followed by an on-campus offline finale on 30 September–1 October 2026. Winning teams will receive cash prizes of ₹10,000, ₹5,000 and ₹3,000, with special prizes for Best Hardware and Best Software.

The registration fee is ₹300 per head for shortlisted teams only. Food will be provided for shortlisted teams.
