About Event

COGNIX 2K26 is an Intercollegiate Hackathon organized by the Department of Computer Science with Cognitive Systems (Integrated with TCS), Vellalar College for Women (Autonomous), in association with DomainHostly.com. The hackathon is designed to bring together passionate student innovators to Think, Code & Innovate by transforming ideas into meaningful, technology-driven solutions and working prototypes.

The event focuses on encouraging innovation, problem-solving, collaboration, and practical application of technology. Participants can develop solutions in domains such as AI & Machine Learning, Agriculture & Sustainability, Healthcare & Digital Health, Smart Cities & Mobility, and Open Innovation. Teams are encouraged to bring their own problem statements and create prototypes addressing real-world challenges.

With a total prize pool of ₹15,000, COGNIX 2K26 provides students with a platform to showcase their technical creativity, work collaboratively, and turn innovative ideas into functional solutions. The hackathon is scheduled for 3 September 2026 at CFA Hall, Vellalar College for Women.

Prototype Submission & Selection

Teams submit their prototypes for evaluation and selection.
Final Presentation & Prize Distribution
3:45 PM – 5:00 PM
Selected teams present their solutions, followed by prize distribution.
Registration & Inauguration

Registration and inauguration mark the beginning of the event.
Lunch & Refreshments
