The abstract submission deadline is 22nd March 2026, followed by full paper submission on 24th March 2026.

Acceptance notifications will be sent by 26th March 2026, and camera-ready papers along with registration must be completed by 28th March 2026.

Registration is open to all. UG Students can register for ₹750,

PG Students, Research Scholars, and Academicians for ₹1000, and

Industry Professionals for ₹1500.

How to reach Velammal Institute of Technology, Chennai

🚗 By Car / Cab (Ola / Uber)
Search "Velammal Institute of Technology, Panchetti" on Google Maps. The college is located on the Chennai–Kolkata Highway (NH 16), about 45–50 km from Chennai city centre. The drive takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic.

🚌 By Bus
From Chennai's Koyambedu or Broadway bus stand, take buses heading towards Gummidipoondi, Tada, or Sullurpet via NH 16. Alight at the Panchetti stop — the college is visible directly on the highway.

🚆 By Train
The nearest railway station is Gummidipoondi Railway Station (~10 km away), accessible from Chennai Central via MRTS/suburban trains. From there, take an auto or cab to the college.

✈️ From Chennai Airport
Take the NH 16 (Chennai–Kolkata Highway) heading north. The college is approximately 55–60 km from the airport, around 1.5 hours by road.
