The Faculty Development Programme on “Semiconductor Devices, Fabrication & Layout Design” aims to provide faculty members, researchers, and industry professionals with comprehensive exposure to the fundamentals and advancements in semiconductor technology. This FDP focuses on bridging conceptual knowledge with practical skills by covering core topics such as semiconductor device physics, CMOS technology, fabrication processes, lithography techniques, and modern layout design methodologies. Participants will gain hands-on insights into industry-standard EDA and TCAD tools used for device simulation and layout creation.
