The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) is organizing a One week Certificate course on ‘BASIC PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS, PLC & HMI PROGRAMMING’ in association with M/S Controlsoft Engineering India Private Limited, Chennai during 24/07/2024 to 29/07/2024.

This certificate course will facilitate UG students, PG students, Diploma students, Researchers, Faculty and Industry participants to explore and expertise in Pneumatic circuit design, PLC & HMI programming.

Course highlights:

1) The 9 of 12 sessions will be at SVCE and purely hands-on. Further 4 of 9 hands-on sessions will be at the industry (M/S Controlsoft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai).

The sessions will focus on:

2) Designing, simulating and implementing the logic for a given pneumatic circuit.

3) Interfacing transducer with HMI and PLC for monitoring the process variables.

4) Designing and implementing PLC ladder logic programs for industrial cases.

The course is designed to inculcate a skill-set in Industrial Automation among the participants.
