Phase 1: Abstract Submission (Registration)
Date: April 16, 2024
Format: All registered teams will submit their initial ideas and proposals
through the provided registration form.
Selection: Teams demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of
the project, including its objectives, scope, and potential impact, will
advance to the next round.

Phase 2: Project Submission :
Date: April 17-18, 2024
Format: Selected teams will build their projects in the given time.
Selection: Teams will demonstrate their solutions in person to the
judges.

Final Phase: Onsite Presentation :
Date: April 18, 2024
Location: KRCT, Trichy.
Objective: Teams will demonstrate their solutions in person to the
judges.
