About Event

The Faculty Development Program (FDP) is
intended to provide opportunity for faculty members from
Engineering Colleges to enrich their knowledge in the
area of Embedded Systems and IoT technology and
Hands on IoT using Raspberry and Arduino.
PROGRAMME CONTENT
 Introduction to, IoT, Smart IoT devices and
applications areas such as agriculture,
weather forecasting, smart homes and smart
cities
 Programming with IoT devices
 IoT – development boards
 Introduction to Arduino Platform,
 Integration of sensors with Arduino
 Programming Node MCU with Arduino
platform
 Introduction to Wireless modules( Wifi,
Bluetooth, GPRS, GSM), NFC/RFID and
their integration with Arduino
 Integration of sensors and Connecting Cloud
data with Raspberry Pi
 Communication protocols, interconnections,
system design and development
 Cloud – IBM, AWS, Google
 Application development using Arduino and
Raspberry Pi
