➔ Registration for SRIT TECHNOVATION HACKATHON [STH] 2023
Registration of teams must be done by a Team Leader only.The registration process is simple. All you need to do is…
● Visit the link https://bit.ly/THack2023 or hackathon.srit.org
● Fill all the required details.
● Don’t forget to click ‘Submit’.
● You have been successfully registered.
➔ Team Formation Rules
Each team would comprise of 2 to 4 members (including a team leader) with 1 team mentor (optional but recommended).
● Team should have an individual Team name for the participation.
● Make sure you have the proper Id-card for reference.
● Team Should have an individual Laptop for the Development of the Project.
● Teams should be made up exclusively of students who are not organizers, volunteers, judges, sponsors, or in any other privileged position at the event.
➔ Idea Submission Rules
● The Idea submission ends on 5
th March 2023.
● The team must be registered on https://bit.ly/THack2023 or hackathon.srit.org in
order to submit the idea; an unregistered team will not be entertained in any case.
● Only one person in the team would be the team leader who is required to register on
behalf of all the members.
● The PPT for the idea should be submitted on the form provided along with all the
mandatory details.
● PPTs to be sent only in the prescribed format; otherwise, they are bound to get reject
● Teams that have not submitted the idea will be automatically disqualified. - Already
implemented ideas can be used but extra points will be given to original and
innovative ideas.

➔Abstract PPT Format Rules
● Kindly keep the maximum slides limit to 4 pages.
● Download the Abstract Format PPT from our site.
● All the topics should be utilized for description of your idea.
● Try to avoid paragraphs and post your idea in points.
● Keep your explanation precisely and easy to understand.
● Ideas should be unique and novel.
● Apart from this PPT abstract of your idea will be asked separately while
submitting.
● You need to save the file in PDF and upload the same link given on google
forms. No PPT, Word Doc or any other format will be supported.
➔Round 1 Selection Criteria and Follow-ups.
Evaluation criteria will include novelty of the idea, complexity, clarity and details in the
prescribed format, feasibility, practicability, sustainability, scale of impact, user experience
and potential for future work progression.
● Results of Round 1 will be declared on 5th March 2023. Results will be displayed
on the website and the shortlisted teams will be notified via emails.
● Selected teams have to give a confirmation of participation before 6th March 2023.
If failed to do so, the team will be disqualified and next ranked teams will be taken.
● If a team gets selected due to no confirmation of some team, they will have 24 hours
to give a confirmation.
● Final list will be released on 6th March 2023.
