INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPANTS
 The registration fee for events are Rs.100/Person and the registration will be closed by 9:30am.
 Participants should come with their college ID cards.
 Only vaccinated students are encouraged to participate.

PAPER PRESENTATION
 Innovative presentations are invited on the following topics
 COMMUNICATION NETWORKS
 BIOTECHNOLOGY
 EMBEDDED SYSTEM
 IMAGE PROCESSING
 NANO TECHNOLOGY
 NEURAL & FUZZY LOGIC NETWORKS
 ROBOTICS
 SIGNAL PROCESSING
 SPEECH PROCESSING
 VLSI TECHNOLOGY
 WIRELESS COMMUNICATION / NETWORKS
 Maximum of 2 members per team.
 The paper should be submitted in MS word document with Times New Roman font (size 12).
 The paper should not exceed 8 pages.
 The paper should contain abstract, whole paper content, e-mail id and mobile number of at least one of
the authors.
 The paper has to be mailed to barnstromz2k21.hitechece@gmail.com.
 The deadline for the submission for the paper is 25th October 2021, and the intimation on the
selected paper will be made on 27th October 2021.
 On spot registration is entertained only for the selected candidates.
 The candidates should send a softcopy and 2 hardcopies of their paper to the convener and should bring
the same on the day of Symposium.
 The maximum allowed time for presentation is 7 minutes followed by a 3 minutes queries.
CIRCUIT DEBUGGING
 The participants are not allowed to bring any components as well as programmable calculators. The
necessary components and materials for the event will be supplied by the organizers.
 The maximum number of participants in a team will be two.
SCORING RULES
 The first position will be secured by the team who clears all the bugs within the circuit in the least time.
 Points will be awarded during the event.
 If no team clears all the errors within the allotted time, the first position will be given to the team who
scores the maximum points.
TECHNICAL QUIZ
 Maximum of 2 participants are permitted per team.
 Question will be based on general knowledge, technical, science, and current affairs.
 The decision made by the judges will be Final.
SHORT FILM CONTEST
 The duration of the short film video should be from 10 to 15 minutes.
 At least 2 participants who are present in the short film video are expected to take part in the contest.
 Participants are requested to carry their short film videos in Pen drive.
PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
 Only single participant can participate.
 The time will be allotted for the participants by the judging panel, the duration will not exceed 1 hour.
MEME CREATION
 Only single participant can participate.
 The time will be allotted for the participants by the judging panel, the duration will not exceed 45
minutes.
 The scenario for the meme creation should be related to technical and current affairs. The exact
scenario will be revealed at the time of competition.
RIGHTS OF ORGANIZERS COMMITTEE
1) The organizer has the right to amend any of the above said rules for the fair play.
2) Organizers decision will be final and no further arguments are entertained.
