\n Maximum of 2 members per team.
\n The paper should be submitted in MS word docu ment with Times New Roman font (size 12).
\n The paper should not exceed 8 pages.
\n The paper should contain abstract\, whole paper content\, e-mail id and mobile number of at least one of
\nthe autho rs.
\n The paper has to be mailed to barnstromz2k21.hitechece@gmai l.com.
\n The deadline for the submission for the paper is 25th Oc tober 2021\, and the intimation on the
\nselected paper will be made on 27th October 2021.
\n On spot registration is entertained only for the selected candidates.
\n The candidates should send a softc opy and 2 hardcopies of their paper to the convener and should bring
\nthe same on the day of Symposium.
\n The maximum allowed time fo r presentation is 7 minutes followed by a 3 minutes queries.
\nCIRCUI T DEBUGGING
\n The participants are not allowed to bring any compo nents as well as programmable calculators. The
\nnecessary components and materials for the event will be supplied by the organizers.
\n  The maximum number of participants in a team will be two.
\nSCORI NG RULES
\n The first position will be secured by the team who cle ars all the bugs within the circuit in the least time.
\n Points w ill be awarded during the event.
\n If no team clears all the erro rs within the allotted time\, the first position will be given to the team who
\nscores the maximum points.
\nTECHNICAL QUIZ
\n Ma ximum of 2 participants are permitted per team.
\n Question will b e based on general knowledge\, technical\, science\, and current affairs.< br />\n The decision made by the judges will be Final.
\nSHORT FIL M CONTEST
\n The duration of the short film video should be from 1 0 to 15 minutes.
\n At least 2 participants who are present in the short film video are expected to take part in the contest.
\n Par ticipants are requested to carry their short film videos in Pen drive.
\nPHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
\n Only single participant can partici pate.
\n The time will be allotted for the participants by the jud ging panel\, the duration will not exceed 1 hour.
\nMEME CREATION
\n Only single participant can participate.
\n The time will be allotted for the participants by the judging panel\, the duration will not exceed 45
\nminutes.
\n The scenario for the meme creatio n should be related to technical and current affairs. The exact
\nsce nario will be revealed at the time of competition.
\nRIGHTS OF ORGANI ZERS COMMITTEE
