USING KNOWAFEST

About the service

KnowAFest helps people discover events and helps organizers share event information. Listing an event does not mean KnowAFest organizes it or guarantees its quality, availability, safety, or delivery.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and use organization affiliations only when authorized. Do not impersonate others, submit spam, upload harmful content, misuse private information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for accurate dates, eligibility, fees, registration links, contact details, and program information. Correct changes promptly and obtain permission to publish images, personal details, and third-party material. Review or verification does not guarantee every listing detail is correct.

Registration, payments, and cancellations

Read the event details and confirm questions with the organizer before registering. External registrations and payments are governed by the external provider and organizer’s terms. Event organizers manage their event’s cancellation and refund arrangements; KnowAFest does not promise refunds for payments made to third parties.

Content and copyright

You retain rights you hold in submitted content. By submitting content for publication, you permit KnowAFest to display it and create the image previews needed for the listing. Only submit material you own or have permission to use. Third-party logos, posters, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

To report suspected infringement, provide the affected page URL, identification of the protected work, your relationship to the rights holder, and contact information through the problem-report form or support contact.

Moderation and service changes

Admins may correct listings, request changes, decline publication, or restrict abusive activity. Features and availability may change. Confirm important information directly with the organizer, especially before travel or payment.
