Step 3: Pay the fees of Rs.295/- Note down the eazypay Transaction ID &
save copy of the receipt.
Step 4: Update Google Form https://forms.gle/aa3LDfHX6xj6s9Hv6
with Transaction ID and Receipt step & Submit Google Form
