About Event

Individual Participation.
Team participation is not allowed.
Every Participant must be a member of a university.
Participants must be between the age of 18 - 25.

Rules and Regulations:
Participants will be asked to assemble on the Zoom platform.
The theme will be released on the call to all participants.
Participants will be allowed to access inspiration during the time of the competition.
Participants will be given 120 minutes to create their artwork.
At the end of the competition, all participants must submit their artwork to fest@isbf.edu.in
Only one entry per participant will be allowed.
All submitted entries may be in the form of, but not limited to the following:
2D or 3D Computer Graphics
Dynamic Painting
Photo Painting
Any Computer-Generated Graphics
Entries should be submitted with the following specifications:
High-resolution JPEG or PNG file
At least 1080 x 1920 pixels, 300 ppi
Maximum file size of 8MB for the output and 10MB for the raw file
Must be a static digital image
Advised not to use Photoshop.
Advised to use applications and programs like Metapho, Fan Art, Sketchbook or Adobe Illustrator etc. as tools to make the digital art
A list of few tools;
SVG-Edit. Platform: Any modern web browser
Inkscape. Platform: Windows/Linux.
Affinity Designer. Platform: Mac.
GIMP. Platform: All of them.
OpenOffice Draw. Platform: Windows, Linux, Mac.
Serif DrawPlus (starter edition) Platform: Windows.
The following entries will be disqualified;
Animated or moving entries such as GIFs
Manually drawn or painted and scanned into digital format
Submitted in previous competitions or used for commercial purpose
Artwork that infringes on intellectual property rights of other individuals
13. All Artwork must be declared as original. Upon submission of the artwork, participants authorize XENIA to post their work in the official Facebook or Instagram page of XENIA and use the artwork for free for whatever purpose and for whichever form as may be deemed necessary by XENIA, except for commercial purposes.

Creativity
Relevance to the theme
Originality
Composition
Technical execution

Non-cooperation with the Xenia Core Team will result in immediate disqualification.
