The Mechanical Engineering Department of NIT Trichy is organizing its symposium Synergy from February 15-17 2019. This year Synergy aims to be bigger and better with Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. This edition, with the theme of sustainability, features an impressive lineup of workshops such as The Automobile Workshop organized by its very own PSI Racing. This workshop aims to educate the students in various aspects of Automobiles, by providing both practical and technical expertise in the field.The Furious 5 Robotics Workshop organized by AMZ Automotive aims to introduce the world of robotics to enthusiasts, thus showcasing the diversity possessed by mechanical engineering. The Automobile Hand Sketch by AYA Academy is aimed at helping students conceptualize, sketch and render a complete automobile, the way it’s done professionally. Then come the enthralling events such as Junkyard Wars - a competition based on fabricating equipment with limited resources, Paper Presentation - an event to invoke new and creative ideas in the field of mechanical engineering, Rube Goldberg, Water Rocketry and many more
