About Event

The aim of the workshop is to provide a platform for enhancing knowledge about the Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded system design with Arduino microcontroller. The IoT is the network of objects embedded with electronics, software, sensors in order to collect & exchange data remotely, thereby controlling it over existing infrastructures. The workshop is intended to train students/faculty members in making IoT applications using embedded systems. Basics of suitable microcontroller boards, list of open sources, emerging applications and market
trends will be introduced. The fundamental concepts of sensor reading and internal connectivity will be discussed in detail. Methods of prototyping IoT applications as projects will be main part of this workshop.
