Hocus Focus is a non-technical event conducted by the Department of Biomedical Engineering of PSG College of Technology. Come here to check out on your concentration and speed. The podium awaits your success in winning all the fun events conducted. We are all set to challenge you with the impossible, get ready to face the heat and win it.

Events

Round :1: Mixed_Bag
This round has two parts: part A + part B. In part A, a movie clip will be played for 5-7 mins and a set of questions will be asked. In part B, 2-3 templates will be given, with which a short story has to written.

Round :2: MAD GAB:
A widely popular game where a puzzle must be solved based on phonetics. A puzzle that sounds similar to the actual phrase when read out loud is given. One person reads the puzzle out loud and the other person finds out what the phrase is. For Eg: the phrase is “Pretty shack scent” the actual phrase is “British accent”. It need not necessarily be a phrase and can include movie names or names of famous personalities.
