Prakriti 2018- an initiative by the students of the Department of Agricultural & Food Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur to amalgamate the academia and industry associated with agricultural and food engineering. Prakriti aims to provide a conduit for budding innovators and scholars from industry across the country to interact with each other and at the same time aiding enterprises to exploit the technological achievements for their own benefits.
Since its inception, PRAKRITI has provided an ideal platform for young minds from all over the country to showcase their talent. The largest fest in its genre all over India, it is a unique congregation of students, professionals, academicians and eminent personalities sharing the belief that materials will define the next revolution; a path-breaking concept to compile and share knowledge and enthusiasm for the development of Agriculture and allied sciences. How to reach IIT Kharagpur
IIT Kharagpur is located 120 kilometres (75 mi) west of Kolkata. The campus is located five kilometres away from Kharagpur's railway station.
