About Event

The Industry 4.0 workshop will teach you the basics of the 4th revolution in manufacturing. Concepts such as Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), Automation in both physical as well as information systems will be discussed. The workshop will also provide students with an opportunity to work on some of the most advanced software available in the market and get hands on feel of how to set up robots in a manufacturing shop floor and ensure full safety throughout. The theoretical learning will be supplemented with a 1-day industrial visit, in which students will get an opportunity to see an actual automated system implemented in real-time.
