About Event

At various stages in engineering study, one comes across mathematical problems of engineering applications irrespective of the engineering discipline. A simple computational tool such as MATLAB can be quite handy to solve such mathematical problems, provided we can formulate the problems appropriately. This Workshop will include a session on the introduction of MATLAB by writing very simple programs for performing basic computations such as matrix operations. Also, couple of sessions will be conducted for the use of MATLAB to demonstrate its applications to specific topics such as Power Electronics and Drives and Arduino board with MATLAB/SIMULINK.

Lunch will be arranged during the programme. Accommodation will be provided in the campus hostels to the out station participants on prior intimation.
