ABOUT THE FDP

This Faculty Development Program is intended to provide opportunity for teachers and researchers employed in AICTE approved institutions for upgrading their knowledge and acquiring practical skills in the area of big data analytics. The objective of the programme is to help the participants to learn the principles of big data, understand how to do research in the area of data analytics and understand the deep knowledge in big data programming for solving problems. The FDP will equip them for various visualization techniques and expose them to the challenging issues in Big Data Research. The programme includes hands-on training in big data programming using Hadoop, R Language, Spark and Hive etc.
