TECHNICAL EVENTS:
PAPER OR POSTER PRESENTATION
The term ‘innovation’ can be defined as something original and more effective and, as a consequence. In other words, it meant to discover, introduce new ideas and methodology in different fields. Innovation is the development of new values through solutions that meet new needs. This can be accomplished through your new ideas, models and projects. Create... Innovate... Scintillate…
Papers or Poster under the following four categories are being invited:
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Material science
• Thermal Engineering
• Design
Instructions and Rules:
1) Maximum of 3 members per team.
2) Poster or Paper should be mailed on or before 05th OCT.
3) Plagiarism will not be entertained.
4) Every team will get 5 to 10 minutes to present their idea.
5) Novelty of your project should be clearly explained.
6) A working model or innovative explanation will be an added advantage.
7) Your mail should include mail ID, Contact number, Name, College and Department of all the authors.

WATER ROCKETRY
Are you really interested in Rocket Science?? We hope, you don’t need a degree in rocket science to do this job.
Instructions and Rules:
1) Maximum of 3 members per team.
2) Usage of Sheet metal in your rocket is strictly forbidden.
3) Pressure range between 40-45 psi.
4) Round 1: The rocket that hits the target more accurately will be qualified for the next level.
5) Round 2: The rocket that has highest time of flight when propelled vertically will be the winner.
6) In case of any discrepancies, the decision of the event coordinators will be deemed final.

MOCK INTERVIEW
A job interview is not a test of your knowledge, but your ability to use it at the right time... Just go and remember!!! You are FANTASTIC!!!
Instructions and Rules:
1) It is an individual event.
2) Participants are not allowed to use calculators or mobile phones.
3) It consists of 3 rounds.
4) Round 1: MCQ’s on the topics of Production Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Mechanics of Machines and Machine Design will be asked.
5) Round 2 : Group Discussion
6) Round 3: Panel Interview.

CUT AND CARVE

Event testing the dimensions of your imagination where you will have to create the 3D object with the help of its 2D views, on a piece of soap. So, if you think you can imagine, then take part and prove it.
Instructions and Rules:
1) This is an individual event.
2) Round 1: MCQ’s on the topics Engineering Graphics, Machine Design, GD & T will be asked.
3) Round 2: A drawing consisting of Front, Side, and Top view will be provided. Participants will have to cut the given soap piece according to the given drawing.
4) Maximum time limit 2hrs.
5) Working tools and materials will be provided on the spot.
6) Winner will be decided based on design dimensions and overall looking.
