About Event

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang, an autonomous institute of Govt. of Odisha being one of the prestigious colleges of the state, is conducting a three day event so called ADMANTIUM 3.0. The event that is to be held from 17-19 February 2017 is to be attended by various metallurgists, researchers' students of Metallurgical branch from various colleges of India.

This is the third edition of Admantium. It is one of its kinds being conducted in Odisha. It is an initiative from the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering students to establish a gathering, an interactive linkage with the students and professionals as well as dignitaries from the leading industries, firms and research institutes. Admantium 3.0 focuses on the "Emerging Technologies in advanced materials processing and characterization".


Admantium2.0 was a grand success last year. Admantium 3.0 will continue the legacy of bringing glory for both department and for the college. The three day national level student symposium will consist of various events like paper presentation; poster presentation; industrial visit; industrial problem solving; reduce, recycle and reuse; quiz and many other branch related events.
